The room we had included tv area and a writing desk.

The location is central. It has freshly renovated rooms with king size bed and nice big shower, as for instance to feel comfortable.

A gorgeous hotel in Liverpool with welcoming staff by both receptionists. The standard king room was perfect with king size bed, the bed was extremely comfy. Marvellous and beautiful location in the nice area, close enough to resturant and club, Sydney downtown and the restaurant's.

Fairly clean hotel, exceptional breakfast, absolutely fantastic rooms. Great and beautiful location, good area, close enough to the pool/gym/ice skating, the very outskirts of and public transport to the city. Big bedroom. Free parking onsite provided. Heated pool to relax in too.

Super beds, compact rooms and best bath. The breakfast is incredibly nice with good hot food options and the location is marvellous and easy.

The hotel was nicely appointed and extremely convenient, nonetheless I stayed for 1 night only. The location was unbeatable and wonderful, short walk to the very outskirts of Liverpool- and public transport. It also was in the area for an engagement party. The service was very efficient, just like I expected. Besides, parking was available on-site. I had a very nice stay.

The location was quiet and easy for traveling around Liverpool, close enough to a sea of traffic and industry and the different eateries and cafe at the gym. Furthermore, to return to area...

My recent stay at Mercure was fantastic. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also loved the modern facilities and the convenience of having the Liverpool Catholic Club next door for dining options. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy, thanks to the helpful lady at the concierge desk. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Close to sport facility that my daughter was attending. Room was spacious, functionable and comfortable.

The only luxury hotel in this area, love being able to go downstairs and go to the gaming area or enjoy a meal, this is our second visit to this hotel and as we regulary visit family in this area we would not hesistate to stay here again

the bathroom floor was stained and looked like it had not been cleaned, we also required more milk as the milk supplied was only sufficient for 2 cups of tea and when we requested more from housekeeping it took around 35 minutes to bring it to our room - it would have been quicker for us to drive to a shop and pick some up - a little disappointing as I didn’t think it would take this long, the person who eventually brought it to our room apologized for the delay.

Updated room, a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets in the room. Excellent food and cold drinks.

Had a really really nice stay for our business trip. Helpful and attentive staff and everything was ideal. The booked room was tastefully decorated and high quality with king size bed. The downstairs bar was adjoining and the drinks were soft.

the room was perfect and immaculate, we had coffee/tea making facilities and glassware. there was a nice. location: the hotel was right by newly built tower, public transport, shops, restaurants bars, chemist and the motorway, and restaurants bars.

The location was easy to find and welcoming staff checked us in. The room was well-equipped and clean, but unfortunately, the bathroom was cramped and lack of space made it difficult to maneuver. While breakfast was cheap, the buffet could have been better maintained, with cold food and dirty tables. However, the wireless connection was, without a doubt, the hotel's strongest point.

The restaurant's service was unsatisfactory, with unprofessional and rude behavior from some staff members.
