The hotel had incredibly nice staff at the reception desk. The location was great and comfortable, with a cinema and a theatre nearby. Being near a river and a hill was a plus.

This hotel was located in a very central area just off the opera and the train station, and Frankfurt with the sole intention of buying crack. It also was very near the main trainstation:)))

The hotel's central location is right by the city center and train station. There are many halal restaurants around the hotel.- The hotel is located in front of a main street and a cinema.- It's not far from Frankfurt.

Ideal hotel, I enjoyed it. Amazingly kind staff and awesome and wonderful breakfast with fresh orange juice, waffles and whole personal taking coffee that lived up to my expectations...

The location here is excellent for exploring the city.

A standard king room with aircon has basic facilities you need. Especially helpful and competent staff here at check-out.

Incredibly comfortable location, an easy walk to everywhere. Walk from bars and restaurants and walk from main street and a movie theater.

Not so great area.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the main train station. We were able to explore the city easily from here. The service is top-notch with room service, car hire and laundry facilities. We also enjoyed the free welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance. The room itself was soundproofed and had all the amenities we needed including free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee facilities, and a safe. The staff at the reception desk were helpful and friendly.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Sometimes the water pressure when i was taking a shower changed unexpectedly - so the water changed from the mix that i chose to a much more hoter mix. The breakfast seems too expensive (neither me nor my companion never tried it) - you can get a luxirous breakfast at nice cafe for that price,

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during the weekend. The room was beautifully furnished and had great facilities, including a coffee bar in the lobby where you can grab a delicious coffee to go for free. The hotel's location is unbeatable, as it is right across the street from the main train station, making it super central and convenient. The staff at the hotel were exceptional - friendly, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a great stay. The breakfast spread was absolutely amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were great.

We had a great stay at this hotel during our Christmas trip to Frankfurt am Main. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options like hot waffles and pancakes. The superior suite was comfortable and well-designed. We also liked that there were several restaurants and bars nearby.

postion in relation to the main railway station and the city centre was most convenient for us

unfortunately the same postion now has some riff raff lurking around the front of the hotel

Good location, close to the main train station and the city centre (both within walking distance) the hotel is very close to the red light area, but not in it, so the street in front of the hotel is safer and more quiet quite big room and big bathroom, minibar, tv, hair dryer the hotel provides a "full bathroom set" : towels, bathrobe, slippers, soaps, shampoo very comfortable room !!

Breakfast was priced 15 €, definitely too expensive, especially when u have cheap bars in the very nearby... Nothing negative about the room

Convenient location, near public transportation and Christmas market. Friendly staff and spacious lobby. Various dining options nearby. Comfortable bed and smooth check-in process.
