Our room had a beautiful view of the meadow. The hotel was incredibly beautiful and great. The room was elegant and top-notch, with smoke detectors for safety. The staff were all very nice. The location was favorable and stunning for first-time visitors to Kingsport. The property served as a reasonable base for exploring the area.

Everything was great. Staff , facilities and very clean.

My daily rate was higher than what was originally stated online. And I request a single king bed but got 2 double beds. Still , I was completely satisfied.

I really enjoyed the time in this property. Had excellent stay for a business trip with excellent staff and amazing location in the beautiful hills of East Tennesee. The room I booked was well priced and top-notch and provided with a view at all and a pull-out sofa, for example.

The staff is pleasant and accommodating. The location next to the golf course is great. The rooms are well-kept and have a cozy decor. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, with feather pillows. The resort offers fantastic services, including a delicious breakfast and a nice pool.

The staff is friendly, the breakfast is excellent with plenty of food, and the location in the beautiful hills of East Tennessee is comfortable and conveniently close to restaurants.

Can be a long distance to walk from your car to the room when bell staff is not on duty. Fee for wifi when surrounding hotels give it to you, free.

The hotel's location was favourable, just off three cities Kingsport, Johnson City and Bristol and Kingsport, TN and nature. The service was fantastic and the food was excellent.

This place is fantastic, spotless, boasting a beautiful view of the distant hills, and located in the stunning hills of East Tennessee.

The staff is great. They had trouble findingy reservation at first but compd me free wifi for the trouble.

The nite stand had several sticky rings on it where someone had put their glass in like syrup or something.

Had an excellent stay for a business trip, everything was exceptional. The room was nicely furnished and pet-friendly on the upper floors, just what we needed. Booked the hotel for its lovely location really close to Kingsport, Johnson City and Bristol.

Bed and pillow were great. Room was quite, clean and roomy. Great fireplace sitting area in lobby.

On site restaurant was a bit pricey but locals visit it on Fri and it is very good just not a reasonably priced meal for a couple.

Good coffee choices, with an alternative café that stays open after Starbucks closes. Lunch buffet offers variety with a daily menu change. Modern indoor pool, scenic views of a creek, friendly and helpful staff. Well-maintained grounds.

Children running in hall at midnight, crowded pool area, no supervision at pool, fire alarm pulled by children, we got roll away bed instead of two beds because of over booking

The hotel had a stunning location, offering amazing views of the surroundings. The comfortable bed was a definite highlight, providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of business meetings. Additionally, the staff at the front door were very welcoming and accommodating, making us feel valued and appreciated as guests.

The check-in process was a bit of a hassle with a late check-in time of 4:00 pm. This made it difficult for us to get ready for our 5:00 pm event and forced us to use a nearby gas station for preparations.

The design of the place was beautiful and seeemed to be well thought out.

The eating possibilities were limited. When I went to the restaurant it was so dark and uninviting that I didn't think it was open. No outside appeal to the restaurant - although the menu was very limited, the food was good.
