The accommodation provided a comfortable place for sightseeing, the staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful, and the standard queen room was brand-new and pleasant.

Standard queen room with a gorgeous design, had basic facilities we needed.

The setting was not so good.

We stayed at this place, which is located right in the center, and found it to be very convenient with access to all city amenities. The staff provided great customer service, with one receptionist welcoming us and accommodating our room location request which was at the back of the building. The room amenities were outstanding, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The restaurant and bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere, with speedy service, and we were given a welcome drink upon our arrival.

The location here is convenient, within walking distance to the Customs House Event Venue, and I got upgraded to a modern standard double room with a bath and shower.

Brand-new extremely pleasant rooms with great views, and a well-stocked mini bar, a Nespresso machine, and coffee facilities. Fantastic, favourable location to the Victoria square. And close enough to restaurant-hotel policy, a rush-areas and the cathedral quarter's bars and the cathedral quarter's nightlife.

The location was favourable and beautiful, to major sites in all directions with easy access to the main shopping center and shopping centers.

The location of this place is wonderful, being close to the city center with a Shopping Mall, and plenty of Pubs and restaurants nearby.

The breakfast is nice hot, and the location is incredible so close to the the centre, Belfast for 1night, and a nearby mall. It is located in the centre of the city.
