Everything was perfect! From the massive roman plunge bath, massive bed and balcony in our room overlooking the pool and bar area to buffet dinners down at the beach! It was truly amazing and such a beautiful location. The buffet breakfast was out of this world especially the fresh waffles and omelets! We will be back!!! We liked being close to the sand pool which is baby friendly. We could enjoy the pool while the baby was sleeping. The breakfast place and food were very nice. The kids' playroom is nice with plenty of toys to entertain little ones. All personnel, with no exception, including managerial staff, was eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Extremely friendly staff, despite a lot of work! Special thanks to the Hotel Manager, Dew , the Chef Cook, the F&B Director. We enjoyed the BBQ on the beach and the relaxing evenings in the restaurant! Breakfast is served until 11 AM and dinner until late in the night. Service prices are really ok compared to other 5* hotels. Ironing service is free of charge. The hotel rooms were really amazing - spacious, modern, and very fancy for the price we paid. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and truly enjoyed our stay. The staff really tried their best to satisfy our needs. Plus, we could also snorkel and do canoeing for free which most hotels do not offer free of charge. The pool is really big, so one can swim a lot and not feel bothered by the other guests. So thank you for making our stay special.

-We had bad luck with a very noisy wedding organized next to the hotel. It was clearly not the responsibility of the hotel, yet the response of the hotel to help us find a solution was a bit slow --- you also have to know that this hotel is very far from everything. It was no problem for us as we had known it and had already stayed 10 nights in Chaweng, but it may be a problem for some people

The beach is aufull,beware water is very very dirty,and when you coming in to the water there is many many stones ,sand only on the beach.But really good swiming pool.

The decoration of the hotel was absolutely lovely. The bright colors and beautiful artwork throughout the general areas made me feel happy and relaxed. It was a joy to wander around and admire the attention to detail. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like me. There were ramps and elevators available, making it easy to move around without having to climb stairs. The children working there were always ready to assist and make sure I had everything I needed.

One thing I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people is more seating options in the common areas. Sometimes, after a long day of exploring or relaxing by the pool, it would have been nice to have more comfortable places to sit and rest.

The games room and kids club kept our children entertained for hours, giving us some much-needed relaxation time. The three different restaurants offered a variety of delicious food that satisfied everyone's appetite. The intimate beach ceremony was the perfect setting for our family to renew our vows, creating lasting memories.

For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly activities available.

The hotel had a beautiful tropical atmosphere with a stunning pool. The staff was helpful and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning.

The location was a bit isolated and it was difficult to access anything else without a taxi. Also, the background music was too loud in the hotel and could even be heard in the room. The room was a bit dark with limited lighting.

Spacious rooms, modern architecture, free snorkeling and canoeing, large pool, attentive staff.

The room's were mind-blowing! Clean, elegant, with a jaw-dropping view of the pool. The restaurant offered a super variety of delicious food. The invinity pools were great, with two super pool bars. The beach was the only downside, a bit untidy. But overall, loved everything about this hotel! Highly recommend it!

The luxurious amenities at this hotel truly exceeded our expectations. From the exceptional service to the indulgent Spa, this hotel has it all. The stunning outdoor swimming pool with beach access and sun loungers was the perfect spot to relax after enjoying a fantastic massage. We also appreciated the peaceful library and sun terrace, as well as the lively entertainment at the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area. The private facilities in our exclusive room, including the outdoor dining area, impressed us greatly. The impeccable breakfast buffet was the cherry on top of a wonderful experience.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we did encounter one minor issue - the sauna was out of order. However, this did not negatively impact our overall experience.

We had an amazing family vacation at a peaceful and relaxing location, away from the bustling tourist centers. The resort was just a short walk from a pristine beach, where we could unwind on comfortable deck chairs. The breakfast spread was delightful with something for everyone, and we appreciated the staff's attentive and friendly service. Our spacious rooms had comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms, making our stay all the more comfortable. The spa, pool, and various dining options available were additional advantages we enjoyed during our stay.

The hotel's paths and steps were uneven, making mobility difficult in some areas.

The hotel has a lovely setting with a beautiful beach and a stunning pool that is well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and elegant, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff, especially Tek, the sous chef, are eager to please and provide excellent service. The free shuttle bus to the opposite side of the island is a convenient perk for exploring.

The location of the hotel is extremely remote, with only two other restaurants nearby. It is not possible to walk to other restaurants due to the lack of a path and the busy main road.

Our vacation at Mai Samui Beach Resort & Spa - Sha Plus was absolutely amazing! The facilities were top-notch, with a games room and kids club for some extra fun. We also loved trying out the different restaurants and the food was absolutely delicious! The beach ceremony option was so romantic and perfect for a couple's getaway.

The only thing I wish was better for us young, party-loving people was a more vibrant nightlife scene. It would have been awesome to have a lively bar or club on-site where we could dance the night away and have even more fun.
