The hotel had a very spacious room with a huge bathtub. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room really cold. Additionally, the hotel staff were really friendly and professional, making me feel welcome and secure. The location was also great, as it was nearby big shopping malls and taxis were readily available outside.

All good.

inconsistency of housekeeping - some days there was a toilet mat, some days there were no face towels.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained with clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Difficult to find location and noise from nearby traffic. The hotel was not easy to find and taxi drivers seemed unfamiliar with the area.

Apparently they have this new system that charges for wifi - if you dont book online.

Very clean and it is a new hotel

The room was comfortable and clean and offered a good value for money. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was in close proximity to key transport links and had easy access to local restaurants and markets.

There was a constant noise from traffic outside and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was not ideal and required a long and complicated journey to reach.

The room is clean and neat. The recepionists no smiling, we have stayed for 3 nights, they not even greet you when they see you..

Location: If you have a flight out of Don Mueang airport in Bangkok, it only takes 15 - 20 mins from the hotel. New: Hotel was new with modern fittings, overall clean and good.

1. 5Th Floor of the hotel shakes all the time due to trucks passing by. We actually got alarmed initially thinking it to be seismic vibrations of an earthquake. 2. Tough to find hotel: We took taxi thrice back to the hotel but all 3 times, taxi drivers were confused about its exact location. 3. Cleanliness not 100% - Few small things - We had to wait in the lobby while the room was being cleaned - Previous guest's used water was left in the water heating can which was not emptied and cleaned.

We recently stayed at a small hotel in the Mochit area, further away from the main shopping areas but surrounded by many local food stalls and convenience stores. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a good selection of minibar options. The staff were polite and helpful with providing taxi services. Their breakfast had a decent spread and the hotel had a small restaurant area and sitting area downstairs.

The hotel lacked a swimming pool, which was a downside for us.

no tea bags, cold latte from restaurant but expensive price, surrounding area not so interesting which might be a positive in disguise
