The hotel's location was great and quiet close to metro. Our double room was new-fashioned with the terrace, paint peeling off the walls and good furniture.

Their staff were not always friendly.

Lovely hotel, I loved its particularly good location.

Just 10 minutes on foot to Anjos underground, was a big plus. The standard twin room was perfect with shampoo, the kitchen, non cooling Aircon.

My stay was enjoyable here. The property was lovely quiet with knowledgeable staff. The fact that Anjos tube station was some 5 minutes away was a plus. Standard twin room was good looking and brand-new...  

I asked for standard twin room and it was nice looking and big size with a balcony.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short distance from both the train station and the city center. This makes it very easy to get around and explore the city. The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and...  

The hotel is clean, modern and new. The location is good, very close to Metro station which is just 2 stops away from city centre.

The aircondition in our room was broken on the second night. We informed the hotel the next day and was told that it would be fixed. The third night, the aircondition was still not working !! We slept in the heat for 2 nights! We asked if they had a fan we could use but there was none. The receptionist said "Sorry, nothing we can do"! We were quite disappointed with the facility and problem management of this hotel.

I stayed here for 3 nights with some friends.We found the reception staff very helpful. The rooms were very spacious and well designed.The location of the hotel was also good, about 5 mins walk to the metro station. The breakfast was ok for the price.

The location was great with an underground station near the accommodation. The lunch in O Raposo right by the hotel had every choice imaginable.

The location was ideal and nice, for example, Liberty Avenue was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. We booked well-appointed and lovely looking guest room on the kitchen and could use wake-up service, available in it.

Beautifully kept hotel, I really enjoyed its central location just next door to main attractions, taxi to down town and Lisbon for work. I stayed in the room that was kept clean by housekeeping everyday and available with a balcony.

Convenient location, close to public transportation and easy to get around the city. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, provided assistance and recommendations for activities.- Comfortable rooms, with AC and good amenities.

Poor WiFi connection on the second floor, staff not willing to resolve the issue or offer any alternative solutions. Careless and indifferent attitude from the staff, lacking in customer service skills.
