Ideal place, new-fashioned room, really good staff. Very comfortable building and rooms with a balcony. Fantastic restaurant with lovely food and views.

Modern place with an excellent view. Large and neat room and amazing bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and fresh towels. The most important - marvellous location to Urquhart castle. Also - not far from the shore, the restaurant which ruins privacy, and loch.

Beds were very narrow.

The breakfast was more than adequate with great views and a nice view, as example, the restaurant was particularly good. The remote location and exceptionally nice staff were the highlight of this excellent stay. It was an ideal hotel, I will be back.

Great way to end our trip. Ideal place with well-appointed and new-fashioned rooms. The breakfast with a nice view. Very comfy beds, central heating, an ironing set, and a multi-channel television in the room. Remote location directly across the street from the Loch. And close to the gift shop, the historic Urquhart Castle and the restaurant on Sunday night.

The staff were really good, marvellous and brilliant location next to the harbour. I enjoyed neat room complete with the bedroom, a balcony plus a lovely table.

The water pressure was very poor and I had to get used to it.

The room was spacious and with lovely beds. More than adequate and exceptionally nice breakfast was a bonus. The location was lovely - really close to a shop, public bathroom, centre and excellent restaurant and bar.

The hotel was in a remote setting right on the Loch. The standard twin room was brand-new with balcony, view as cheaper, as for instance. The staff were amazingly attentive and made me feel welcome.

The room was well-appointed and had magnificent views of the lake. I enjoyed the lovely beds. The hotel had a remote setting near the castle.
