Our location was magnificent close to all major landmarks. Moreover, it was just off bus stops, and Grand Canal.
The staff were usual, didn't expect that coming.

Make sure you stay in the superior king room with ac. The location is perfect, 2 km from a wide canal.

The hotel is nicely located and very cute and authentic. The room is romantic and accurately portrayed in the pictures. The view from the room is pleasant and serene. Marco at the reception is very helpful with tips on restaurants and sightseeing.

The rooms are well decorated, everything is clean and the staff is very helpful and nice.
The only thing that may be improved is the breakfast, which is rather limited.

We had a small issue with the charging point, but it was quickly resolved when we contacted the staff. The room itself was incredibly comfortable and cozy, with great sound isolation. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was easy. The price for the room was very reasonable, especially considering the nice area it was located in. We also appreciated the warm room and unlimited hot water in the shower. we highly recommend this place for its comfort and value for money.

The hotel was located in a quiet residential part of Venice, but still very accessible. Our room was spacious and very beautiful decorated, the staff very welcoming and every morning we enjoyed the most amazing Cappuccino that we found in the whole city
