The hotel is located in beautiful, secure grounds, just a short walk away from the stunning beach. The proximity to the famous mountain with Arabic writing adds a touch of cultural charm to the surroundings. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily, providing a pleasant stay for guests. The breakfast offers a good variety of choices to start the day on a positive note. the hotel provides a heated pool for guests to enjoy.

Hotel facilities were fantastic with great options for adults and children alike. The swimming pools, tennis, and football areas were all clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The traditional decor was beautiful, and the staff were great - even those with limited English were able to help us. We felt very safe during our stay, especially with the security at the beach underpass. The food was amazing, and there was always a good choice. The drinks, especially the beer, were great. We also appreciated that they provided bottles of drinking water. The overall atmosphere and architecture of the hotel were sophisticated with Moroccan features, and we enjoyed the peaceful mornings on the balcony with bird singing and beautiful gardens. The hotel staff did their best to understand us, even if we had to use gestures at times. Learning a bit of French or managing with limited English was not a problem. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Nothing 🙌.

The location was perfect, with the sea just a stone's throw away. We were also amazed by the beautiful mountain views, which added an extra touch of charm to the atmosphere. Although the long sandy beach was nearby, we found ourselves spending most of our time by the pool, as our kids were thrilled with the activities and couldn't get enough of the poolside fun. The hotel's amenities were also top-notch, from the well-maintained rooms to the attentive staff who greeted us warmly at every meal.
We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a great vacation spot.

The value for money was excellent and the room was comfortable and spacious. The location was great, just a short walk to the sea, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
More variety in breakfast items would have made it even better.

Our stay at a hotel near a famous mountain with Arabic writing was a nice experience. We enjoyed the pools immensely as our kids were content playing there. The room was comfortable with a nice view of the sea and a beautiful bathroom. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was decent with some healthy drink options available. The lifeguard on duty did an excellent job of keeping the kids safe, and the animation team made our stay more enjoyable.
The hotel lacked free Wi-Fi in the pool area, and the towels looked old and worn-out.

We had a great time at this hotel. The prices were superb and the hotel was clean and cosy. The staff were friendly and always tried to communicate with us using different languages. The entertainment was enjoyable, especially the Michael Jackson show. The hotel had good security and the housekeeping was prompt and thorough. We also enjoyed the themed food evenings, and the staff made an effort to welcome us at the door during dinner. The hotel had nice places for pictures, like water fountains in the riad. it was a pleasant and relaxing stay.
One negative aspect was the noise at night from the nearby club and casino, which made it hard to sleep sometimes. Another issue was the flimsy room locks.

What a romantic escape! We loved the beautiful pool, which was heated, and had plenty of space for lounging and swimming. The food was a highlight, with options for every meal, and delicious slow-cooked meats and Moroccan-themed dinners. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even if they didn't always speak English. We enjoyed the fact that we were able to explore the local area, with easy access to historical sites and a lovely beach.
While we appreciated the cultural immersion, the lack of English information and French-centric entertainment may not be for everyone. Some of the other guests were a bit pushy and rude, which detracted from our experience.

Great hotel, providing excellent value for money. The staff were helpful and accommodating. There were always enough French and Arabic speakers working, and greeting guests in multiple languages. Some of the staff spoke English too, which was a bonus. The hotel was in a good location, with lots of things to do nearby. Beaches were close and clean. the food offered was diverse and there was something for everyone.
While the hotel had some entertainment, most of it was aimed at families and not a romantic escape. It would be good to offer more options for a couple looking for quality time together.
