Had fun experience, loved the service.

The room was very well decorated and well-equipped with a lounge and a safe, great views. An inclusive and particularly good breakfast with porridge, hot waffles, and pancakes to order.

It had nice and unbeatable location just next door to different areas, Bricks restaurant for the evening meal, and central Windsor. Plus it was 10 mins drive from Hippo Lake. The rooms were very well decorated...

Particularly good and lovely location near Imagination. Spotless room with an adapted bathroom. Very welcoming, pleasant staff with smiling face.

Nicely decorated & decent size room with tea/coffee, pull out bed underneath, the TV. Stunning and absolutely perfect location in a pretty basic area, next to food at 9.30pm after returning from LaplandUK, and the castle...  

The check in was quick, the staff was very welcoming and polite.

Some people working there were noisy.

Simple check-in, easy check-out. Great value units with bath, bunk beds plus the bar, helpful employees. Location - magnificent, just next door to the single coffee shop and Bricks restaurant.

Well decorated and spotless units with decent sized mini fridge as well as bath. Superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating staff providing great services. The pool area is very clean too. The efficient check-in process too. Good restaurant for dinner....  

The room we stayed in was spotless and themed with the bunk beds. The setting was incredible, not far from the theme park itself, beautiful, beautiful gardens and plants and Windsor for half the money.

It was great value for money with a standard décor.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were lousy.

Exceptionally nice and perfect location, within a walking distance of everywhere.

We had an absolutely magical experience at this luxurious hotel. The Lego-themed rooms, lifts, and restaurants were spellbinding. We even had the advantage of entering the theme park from the back, allowing us first pick of the best rides. The value for the price was great, and the Lego pieces on the room walls added a special touch. Parking was conveniently located just a stone's throw away from the hotel.

The restaurant was lovely for dinner, we ordered nice dishes. The staff was hard-working plus the location was exceptionally nice and ideal.

The location of the hotel was stunning, in the Upminster area. We were offered reasonably priced pastries and fruit. Stayed here before and will come back.
