Stayed here with my husband and everything was excellent. Enjoyed my deluxe apartment, it was spotless and new-fashioned. The hotel had a STUNNING location next to Via Mazzini. Also was next to restaurants and cafés.
Their staff were rather noisy.

I was a bit worried about the noise being close to the Romeo and Juliet Balcony, but to my surprise, it was peaceful and relaxing. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything, making it easy to explore Verona. The room was well-kept and comfortable, and the breakfast served in the room was a generous treat. The staff, particularly Kristina, was delightful and welcoming, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Despite a minor issue with the bathroom color and some missing light bulbs, I would definitely return to this delightful hotel. I highly recommend it!
