The breakfast options here are wonderful and excellent. However, the meat served is a bit on the cheap side, and the chicken and salmon were undercooked. On the bright side, the pool area is really nice! 🏊

The pool was great and I had complimentary drinks in the tapas bar. The room was magnificent and immaculately clean, at least for me.

The location was perfect and the staff were well-trained.

The hotel is in a great lakefront location, within easy reach of Geneva's city center. The breakfast was very good and extensive, offering a wide variety of options. The staff were professional and polite, providing excellent service. The cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities were impressive.

I had an absolutely brilliant retreat at La Reserve Geneve Hotel & Spa. I felt completely spoiled and refreshed after my stay. The boat service was very special, as I was picked up on my side of the lake and taken to the hotel, which was delightful. The staff were amazing and the food was delicious. The rooms were fantastic, with blackout blinds and a mirrored television. The room service burger and salad were second to none.

Remoteness from the centre of Geneva

Located near Geneva downtown, this hotel offers a spectacular view of the lake. The service here is top-notch, with attentive and polite staff. The rooms are comfortable, with all sorts of amenities provided. The breakfast spread is delicious and fulfilling. Guests are impressed with the evening turndown service and the special birthday cake they received.

The interior design of the hotel, including the rooms, corridors, and public areas, feels outdated and could use some updating.

Our stay at La Reserve Geneve Hotel & Spa was simply amazing! The personalized service and attention to detail made us feel right at home. We loved the thoughtful dog amenity and personalized picture frame for our furry friend. The lakefront location provided stunning views of the lake and Mont Blanc, and the complimentary shuttle boat to downtown Geneva was a hassle-free and fun way to explore the city. The Tesla Limousine Service to the airport was a refreshing alternative and definitely worth it. we highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best hotels in Geneva

There are no drawbacks.

I liked almost everything. Gifts for the child, chocolate, drinks in the mini bar, service, spa almost everything is excellent. The children's room is very nice.

Terrible breakfasts for a hotel like this, in a ... ... bar. The bar is very expensive. The baby was brought a glass of milk for 9 francs! Almost all hotels bring free milk for the night, but not for 9 francs! The children's room works until 18.00, not very comfortable, wanted to go to the spa after a day of work in Geneva, and the children have nowhere to leave. You can until 20.00 was extended. I agree with previous reviews take this hotel without breakfast, book in the room, cheaper and better. Friends from Geneva recommended a Peking duck at this hotel. Be sure to come back to this hotel and go to their famous restaurant.

Ideal location! This place is within walking distance to Geneva Lake, a kids' playground, tons of restaurants, and public spaces. Plus, it's right in the heart of the city. 🏞️

When I traveled from England to this 5-star hotel, I was blown away by the location. It is conveniently close to the airport and just outside the city center. The hotel even offers a complimentary boat service to the city, which was a delightful alternative to dealing with traffic. The staff, from the housekeepers to the concierge and driver, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were well-appointed with comfortable beds and the bathrooms were luxurious. The breakfast spread was impressive and the food served at The Lodge and the Bar was delicious. the hotel provided top-notch services and a wide variety of food choices.

One negative aspect was the pricing of the food and drinks at the hotel, which many guests found to be exorbitant.

Being 5 minutes from the airport is a great benefit !
