Very bad conservation of the building in general, peeling from the windows, the wood of the windows fatal, rusty screws in the uralite that separates the bathroom (well, plastic imitation of uralite, not real uralite, of course). Little space in the room, a folding wooden chair, the plywood of the furniture is from before the constitution,. the shower was dripping and overflowing on the floor platform, thank God the cleaning girls put the towel on the edge so that the water did not exceed,. but it was soaked. Very little space in the sink. The decoration was probably done with a lot of enthusiasm but it's a bit strange,

I liked how different the place was in terms of design. The integrated, not separate, bathroom, the eye-catching paint.. but it wasn't very well maintained. It would have to be cleaned more, the elevator or reception carpet changed, the curtains. The carpet had stains.. it looked old. There was a bar - of lamp - on the headboard of the bed without lamp..

When they arrived, in reception, they had the TV on full blast. It caught our attention. Later, I found a piece of gum stuck under the window of the room that was right on the headboard of the bed. The curtains were very dirty. The bathroom was clean. But when we went in, the window was wide open and it was 00.30 when we arrived on our trip. Which had cooled the atmosphere down a lot. We also found a cigarette butt by an elevator window.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The prices were affordable compared to other hotels in the area, especially considering its prime location in Avenida Pio XII close to 2 different metro stations in a really busy crossroad. The staff was attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the rooms, including the comfortable beds with 2 beds , were perfect for my needs.

My stay at this hotel was enjoyable and I didn't encounter any major issues.

The room was dark, with a very small window! The furniture is old and the walls are dirty! The lights are very poor and is very difficult to read something in the room!

The place had a quiet atmosphere. The staff were really kind, and the double room we booked was fancy. The service was friendly, greatly enjoyed it.
