We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The manager gave us a tour of the two areas, each with a group of rooms around the pool. We chose the simple room and it exceeded our expectations. The room faced the pool and had a very comfortable bed. The bathroom, although small, was clean and nice. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast in a great atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, being very close to downtown, within a mile or less. It was convenient to have everything within reach and made exploring this city a breeze.

We stayed not far from our favorite places such as moorten botanical gardens. Convenient location, affordable rates. If you don't want to go far from the hotel, try El Mirasol, which is 800 ft away. Rooms were good sized;))

The hotel had complimentary breakfast and a day spa, which was nice. The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to restaurants and shops. Best of all, the beds were comfortable!

There were a lot of families with screaming children staying at the hotel, which was not what we were expecting for a relaxing vacation. the staff was not very accommodating when we requested a quieter room away from the noisy pool.

Great views and convenient location close to hiking trails. The rooms were spacious and had nice toiletries and free Wi-Fi. The breakfast was basic but included fresh fruit and yogurt which was a plus.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to downtown, within a mile or less. It was great to be able to explore the city without having to travel too far. The service at this place was top-notch, from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that every need was met.
