The pools (big one and a children ones) were very clean and nice. The Booked.nets are free.
We changed two rooms until we found one that had less mold in it. It is very far from the lively western side of the island (about an hour ride with a scooter).

The staff were very friendly
The hotel was very remote - there was little else nearby. For the first two days we were there nobody else was in the hotel, others came then left like ourselves. We hired mopeds to get away and find some people, also to give us food options as the hotel had very limited food which was served cold. Breakfast was hit and miss but always cold. The rooms were lovely as the hotel itself but way to remote. The drinks fridge had 3 cans of sprite in it and only water or beer. The staff took us to a shop 20mins by car to buy more drinks! We were meant to stay 11 nights but stayed only 4 and that was more than enough, poor beach very shallow so cant swim and only two sunloungers. Not sure where the sailing comes into the title as saw no boats. Again the hotel rooms and staff are very nice but that is all and very expensive for what you got.

The hotel had a great potential to be a top-rated destination, with big and beautiful villas and a stunning main pool. The location, although secluded, offered a great opportunity to relax and enjoy nature. The staff was also very friendly.
The hotel management was lacking experience. Rooms were not ready when we arrived and there was nothing to eat.

The hotel management clearly lacks experience and this is a real shame. * The rooms were not ready when we arrived and ended up staying in other rooms that we had not booked. They had no idea as to how to reconcile room costs with the new bookings and we are owed money by the hotel (they promised to transfer money this week but we have no confidence they will do so.) * There was *nothing* to eat. The staff told everyone that there were only a few of the dozens of items on the menu available. Families left since they had taken taxis to get there and there was nothing to feed their kids unless they called a taxi to take them out to eat elsewhere. The hotel is located at a great distance to any place to eat. It appears they did not order ingredients to the menu items in sufficient quantity or time. * the hotel appears to be falling into disrepair. The staff were hired temporarily for the holiday period but were clearly exhausted and overwhelmed. The staff did not have cheerful smiles, rather they looked tired, silent and sullen. The hotel has huge potential but needs experienced management

The hotel located in other side from lonely beach (party place). It takes from your a lot of money and time to reach the central places (restaurants, shops, markets etc.)!

The resort offered beautiful views and a private beach, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The swimming pool was great and provided a refreshing break from the hot weather.- The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests.
The location of the resort was a bit far from other areas and attractions, making it necessary to rent a bike or car to get around. The beach was not ideal for swimming, which was a bit disappointing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The best aspects were the great location, beautiful buildings and grounds, and friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located on the fields for a whole day on this island, and it was easy to get anywhere else on the island. The beach was just a short walk away, and we enjoyed spending time there. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff were always helpful and made us feel welcome.

The location of the hotel is great as it is near the beach and provides easy access to the rest of the island. Guests can rent bikes or cars to explore the island for the whole day. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with a separate living room and large windows that offer beautiful views of the surroundings. The staff is polite and friendly, always willing to provide helpful information.
There are still ongoing construction works at the hotel, so not all facilities may be available for use.
