Staff were very amiable, room was great value for money and fully-equipped. Air conditioning, a trouser press, and an iron were a huge plus. The location was perfect and peaceful, in a good and safe area, and my bed was comfy.

It's a special low cost hotel with hard-working and very friendly staff members. Would come here again, our stay was real good.

The hotel was in a perfect location not far from all the banks and shops as well as regular buses to the city or Manor House tube station. Booked a triple room with fresh towels.

We spent a really comfortable time here, recommend to anyone. We got 3 nights in this special hotel, enjoyed it. The location to the nearest tube station was good and magnificent. Moreover, it's close to centre of Stamford Hill, the Kadimah and local shops. The food was good, the staff was always available.

Stayed here for 5 days, enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with convenient location in the centre of London. Whatever my needs were the very friendly and extremely helpful staff was always available to fulfill them. My stay was real good here.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Located in a safe area, it has good transport links near a bus station with access to the underground. The staff provides great service and the rooms are equipped with basic amenities, including a great hot power shower in the spotless bathroom, complete with fresh towels. Plus, breakfast is included.

I like the location as it was close to all facilities in area such as shops, transport etc. Very ideal for budget travellers and folk who like a 'no thrills approach' to your room. Bed + shower, what more do you want!?!

Convenient location for public transport. Helpful and friendly hotel manager. Cozy room with nice bathtub. Easy access to Oxford Circus. Safe neighborhood. Good access to amenities.

For us it was ideal.

Transportation to/from central London is smooth - Picadilly line to Manor House, then bus # 253 or #254 toward Clapton Commons. This lets you stay within zone 2 to use the London travel card w/o additional payment, since hotel is in zone 3. Breakfast was plentiful and good, with hot eggs if wanted every day but Sat. Coffee/tea 24/7! Restaurant serves up giant portions (until 10:30 pm) if you need food. Staff very nice.

Cleaniness needs to be improved. I stayed 5 days and the same candy wrapper stayed on the floor - from before I arrived until the day I left. (Even after I requested the room be vacuumed at the front desk) Noise an issue - paper thin walls and doors. Bring ear plugs!!! Mon - Fri I got woken up before 7am by workmen talking and pounding. At night, I could hear the children across the hall until they finally went to sleep after midnight. Breakfast menu is always the same.

Excellent value for money, actually. Although, the rooms were sometimes not properly cleaned, but otherwise pretty enjoyable stay. The location is pretty good, the bus stop is very close and it's only round 10-15 minutes to the Manor House tube station, which is on Picadilly line, so very convenient.

The noisy kids in the hallway, sometimes really annoying. The construction all the time in the backyard, since my room was on that side.

The value for money at Park Avenue was superb, with a surprisingly spacious and tastefully decorated room. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety and options.
