Everything was nice, I liked my stay. The staff were incredibly hospitable and absolutely courteous day and night. The restaurant was superb with great food and drinks, I tried excellent dishes. Really enjoyed a roll in shower in my private bathroom....  

By and large, it was beautifully appointed and absolutely great place with pleasant staff on our request. We would recomand the place.

All the staff was consistently courteous and exceptional. The location was great and awesome, various in house activities, convenient to go everywhere. Also, the hotel was not too far away from Tibetan Homes School. ...

Nice and peaceful location in Mussoorie short walk to the mountain close to the city of Mussoorrie, the center of the property, and luggage handling multiple times. Again, walking distance to Kempty Falls. Stylish tidy rooms with wine and valley...

The hotel was nicely appointed, my room was comfortable. The atmosphere created was elegant. Booked a room with magnificent views of the hills. The setting was particularly good, close enough to the Himalayan stream in the wilderness and the foothills of the Himalayas. Also, I was not very far from Shedup Choepelling Temple.

Location: the hotel was very close to the Pan-Asian restaurant and the mountain. It also was in Indian hills.

Magnificent location and genuinely helpful staff were a definite plus. There were a shopping mall and a bakery around the hotel.

The hotel was EXCEPTIONALLY COMFORTABLE, rooms and the breakfasts here were awesome and excellent. Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with valley view and chocolates, for example and got it upon arrival. The location was amazing by the Himalayan stream in the wilderness.

I recently stayed at JW Marriott in Mussoorie for a couple of days with my family. The rooms were lovely and offered breathtaking views of the mountains. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite. The staff, especially Mr. Imnaakum, went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The property itself is stunning and the indoor temperature-controlled swimming pool was a luxurious addition. The restaurants on-site were fantastic, and the live music in the evenings added to the charm. it's the best place to stay in Mussoorie and epitomizes luxury.

That was well appointed and absolutely great hotel set in nice enough area, just next door to a pristine stream and culinary arts and the mountain close to the city of Mussoorrie. The booked room was comfy and tidy with great view. Consistently courteous and superbly friendly staff on our request, which was unquestionably a plus.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The food was exceptional, and the service provided by the staff was amazing. They were all very welcoming and supportive of our needs. Our coordinating manager, Ms. Priyanka, went out of her way to accommodate our requests. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with multiple activities for kids that kept them busy without relying on screen time. The location, nestled in the foothills of the magnificent Shivaliks range, provided a serene and peaceful ambiance. Additionally, the hotel provided transportation to and from the airport, making our travel convenient. This hotel truly made our family holiday unforgettable!
