Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as limited power sockets in the room and a small bathroom, these did not detract from the overall positive experience we had at Feelgood@Journey.

The room was clean with a small balcony and A/C. The location is nice, near the old town center. The staff was helpful and friendly, and we even booked our tour to Koh Samui with them.

The location of the hostel was very convenient, as it was close to the bus station and only a short walk away from the old town. This made it easy for us to explore the area and catch our transportation. the staff at the hostel were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns we had.

One aspect that we did not like was the confusion with the staff regarding our pick-up to the pier. We had to wait until the last minute and ended up having to rush to catch our boat.

Whether I stayed in a dormitory or a private room, the fan or air conditioning always kept me cool and relaxed. The free Wi-Fi in every room was an added bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The hot water showers were a treat after a long day of exploring. Lastly, the safety deposit box in each room gave me peace of mind for my valuables.

Personally, I found the shower facilities a little cramped, but others might still find them adequate.

feelgood@journey exceeded our expectations during our stay in phuket. the room was perfect for us, clean and with ensuite. the staff was helpful and friendly, especially when we booked our tour to koh samui with them. their location was also great, close to bus terminal one and downtown phuket.
