The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Taksim, just steps away from the bustling Istiklal street and right down the famous "Taksim" Square. The reception staff was amazing, always willing to help with any inquiries. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options to satisfy different tastes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. We were pleasantly surprised by the gym, spa, and swimming pool facilities available for guests to use.

The noise from the busy street outside could be bothersome for light sleepers.

The hotel is modern with nice pool and unbeatable location close to public transport. Great-sized, brand-new rooms with comfortable beds.

The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of everything. The hotel is situated at the heart of Taksim Square, making it the perfect place to stay if you want to be near the bustling shopping area and the famous Istiklal Street. The convenience of being just a short walk away from the Taksim Metro station was also a huge plus for us.

The level of the personnel was very low.

The room was big, the bathroom was huge, the staff was very friendly.

Almost everything was perfect. The only problem was the arrangement of the shuttle to the airport at the end, was not done and had to run to take a taxi.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue suited the needs, totally recommend it. Loved spending my time in this exceptionally clean family-friendly hotel.
