The location, very close to the center of Santiago, Metro stations, shopping, etc. Also I liked that it had a small kitchen. All in all it was comfortable

The futon bed that was suppossed to be for 2 people was really too small and very hard.

The facilities were good. We had one apartment with one room and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was a bit small but ok for two small kids. It would be better if they provided a bigger sofa bed so 4 people could sleep comfortably. The Wireless Internet was free but spotty. The location was near the center but at night it was not brilliant.

The hotel was very clean, the size was perfect for two people to stay comfortabley. It was nice to have security. It was a very short walk to the metro (subway) which made getting anywhere convenient. The staff were very friendly and willing to help with any issues/questions.

The problem I had was I informed the hotel that my daughter was arriving on Sunday night around ten and was told there would be someone there to show her to her room. When she arrived there was only the two security guards at the desk who informed her the "guy" was not there and would maybe be back in a few hours. They said they didn't have "the guys" cell phone and couldn't call him. She ended up sitting in the lobby for over two hours waiting for "the guy" to come back which he never did. She then had to find another place to stay at 2 in the morning. A young girl should not be looking for a place to stay at two in the morning by herself. The front desk security was not very helpfull at all, and there should be a way to reach "the guy" if this happens again.

Everything was very well maintained, new, and comfortable. The place was great, big apartments, very friendly staff. I really enjoyed staying here! It is also in a really great neighborhood. I was very happy with my choise of hotels!

The hotel was new new new! I thought it was amazing! The decor was top of the line, everything was perfect! The neighborhood was excellent and within walking distance to everything. The staff, Alison, was soooo nice! I reccommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable experience in a very central location!

This was a great option for my family! The rooms were large, it is a new property, and everything was well appointed. The staff was very helpful, especially Alison and Pia!

The staff was really helpfull with my bags and checked me in with very little delay despite a lot of arrivals. Also they had good recomendations for tours that spoke English for both Santiago and Valparaíso.

I really enjoyed my stay! Clean, comfortable, and a great price! It was just what I needed to have a great and relaxing vacation in Santiago!

Convenient location and helpful staff, they pointed out places to go, things to see and places to eat. Also the appartment was clean, and not too expensive.

The design was great, the staff was excellent, and the location was superb! All-in-all, I give this hotel a 10 out of 10! I highly recommend it!

The photos shown do represent the quality of the facilities you get. Its proximity to the subway station makes moving within Santiago a breeze.

Although the location is in the city center and within walking distance to the subway, the area does seem a little dangerous and lonely at night. It could also be quite noisy as it shares the same building with a bunch of other appartments. Reception is just another appartment and feels impersonal.
