The rooms were tastefully decorated and brand-new in general, with a kingsize bed. The location was excellent and incredible for us - walking distance to pubs and bars. Walking distance to a tram station, just like we wanted.

It was really close to Waverley rail station, the Playhouse theatre and the Christmas market, magnificent and fantastic location overall. Found Calton Hill, its relatively close to the hotel.

The place was clean with a nice and pleasant staff on the reception desk. The breakfast was warm and superb. The room was exceptionally clean and modest, the location was incredible very central. I checked out a parish church, that was set not too far away from the property.

Comforts of generous-sized superior king room on a higher level were fabulous. The breakfast was good hot and gorgeous and included. Particularly good and absolutely perfect hotel's location, as it was near a bus station. The food was outstanding and the staff was very attentive.
