my stay at imperial hotel in hue was absolutely delightful - from the moment i arrived, the staff were friendly and attentive. the check-in process was efficient and i was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bed and a well-stocked bathroom. the rooftop restaurant offered breathtaking views of the perfume river, and the food was delicious. overall, i had a fantastic experience at this hotel.
Pool service was lacking.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the historic sites in the old capital of Vietnam. The rooftop deck offered an incredible view of Hue, including the Citadel and Forbidden City. I also loved the Buddhist Temple on the roof, it was so beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bathroom. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast had a good variety of choices.
The gym could use some improvement in terms of equipment.
