Totally recommended for short stay. The hotel is fairly clean, has views of the ocean and city. The venue has new-fashioned rooms with good water pressure and refrigerator, as for instance and super-friendly and pretty friendly staff. A nice touch is also the complimentary beverages in the swim-up bar.

Such great stay, we were there for 8 days. Good choice of food served in the bar for breakfast, it was good. The guest room was clean with views, so that guests had essentials. The staff was lovely and provided top-notch service. The vibe here was quiet! They offered room services at no cost too.

The rooms were cheap and reasonably spacious and with those huge beds, a balcony plus great shower & a lockable safe. Great restaurant served Mexican specialties.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were terribly rude.

I greatly enjoyed the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were supper friendly and pretty friendly. My cheap room had a fairly clean bathroom and an extremely comfy bed. The service was friendly during all my wonderful stay. The food they offered was excellent, had plenty of meals. That was what I call amazing base for short stay.

Great and incredible location very close to all the clubs and easy access to stores and boutiques. For shots visit Restaurant Bar Fah, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. A balcony and closet space in the room and the very comfy bed.

I had a wonderful stay at Illusion Boutique Hotel. The location was perfect, just a minute walk to the beach and close to all the action on 5th Avenue. The breakfast included was delicious and I enjoyed sitting on the patio to eat every morning. The rooftop was a great place to relax in the evenings and take in the views. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel like part of the family. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Perfect location between 5th Av. and the beach, few steps from both. The rate is accessible, the room had no luxury but was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Not really, I think everything was fine.

we stayed there for a a week. Very nice place to stay. perfectly located, 50 meters away from the beach and 50 meters away from the famous 5ta avenida where all the restaurants and stores are located. just next to the hotel you can book snorkel and diving trips. the beach is very nice. the staff is very friendly, the room always clean, the internet wireless works perfectly.

We enjoyed the hotel and its amazing staff. The location of the hotel was perfect. The room had a TV with satellite channels, a personal safe, and a mini-fridge, which were all great amenities. We had a delicious lunch at Carboncitos, which was just a short walk away from the hotel. The hotel definitely lived up to its 4-star rating.

We were leaving very early and were told (the night before) that since we would be leaving before breakfast started that they could arrange to have some fruit for us to take. That morning there was no fruit and we had a very long bus ride ahead of us and no breakfast. I would have preffered for them to have told us they couldn't so we could have planned otherwise the night before.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful and did not push anything on the guests. I also liked the location - close to the beach and central to everything. Also liked that it was associated with a dive shop. Great value!

Location is great, close to beach and lively bars. Rooftop pool is clean and offers a nice view. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms with AC. Would stay again for a night or two.

The staff was supper friendly, the accommodation was romantic and fairly clean. The place was reasonably priced. I appreciated the room with a view, the bed was extremely comfy. The service was friendly and the food was excellent. Lucky me, got room service free of charge too. The swim-up bar was great!

Nothing, but they should use and promote their roof area more.
