The breakfasts were hot and the service was friendly. All of the staff were lively, decent. The setting was unbeatable, near restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions, very close to restaurants and the bars of Harbourside.

The facilities were clean comfortable and the breakfast was warm with baked beans and fresh oranges, for instance. The location was marvellous - in the heart of Bristol. The hotel was in a very scenic area.

Really enjoyed my really really nice stay for our two day visit. Amazing location close to hippodrome which i find as a big plus, and the rooms were soundproof and neat. The breakfast was nice hot and very tasty and included.

The hotel was pet-friendly, spent my time really good here. The room was nice and with comfy beds. This venue was located in a very central area just next door to all within walking distance, and Bristol Aquarium.

Reasonably priced place, had a very very good stay during one night of stay. Marvellous and good location, in the adjacent office building, the hotel was in the heart of the city. Plus, it was very close to a pedestrian area, the harboursdie bars and restaurants and lots of bars/restaurants.

Didn't like the area, it was really noisy.

The location of the hotel was great and lovely - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Brandon Hill Nature Park. The breakfast offered was warm at £8.50.
