Every staff member is incredibly nice and strives to meet your needs. It has a decent size and reasonably large rooms with a balcony, the basic supplies, for instance to feel comfortable.

This is a charming little and great hotel in a really excellent building. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the amiable and flexible staff. Plus, the location is magnificent, minutes from Rocca Paolina Fortress.

Lucy
Great location, just off the main strip and within easy walking distance of many attractions. Helpful and friendly staff who provided useful information about public transportation.- Convenient storage of luggage after check-out, allowing guests to explore without carrying bags
Outdated facilities and in need of updates. Dirty carpet and musty smell in the room.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast good. The location was part of the historical centre of Perugia.Staff were helpful.
I found getting to the hotel very, very difficult. For this reason I would not stay there again. The medieval steps to the hotel were steep and without a handrail. Walking down them was dangerous. Young people would probably have no problems.

The property was charming little, I can recommend!
The hotel met the criteria. Appreciated the room with a balcony, my bed was good. In general the service was excellent. Could use their free parking. The location was magnificent and amazing, near the cathedral, convenient to go everywhere.

The front desk staff were very helpful during my stay, especially when it came to carrying my heavy suitcase to my room. The location of the hotel was also a key aspect that I enjoyed, as it was centrally located and easy to access. I appreciated the fact that the hotel offered a convenient car parking service.
There were a few aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy. the room was quite small, which made it a bit uncomfortable for a solo traveler like myself.

Alfred
Location was great, in the heart of the city and close to the major attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The room had a comfortable bed and the Wi-Fi connection was strong.
The hotel was in need of some serious renovations, with worn-out carpets and outdated furniture. The cleanliness was also lacking, with dirty bathroom and stained towels.

The location was great, relatively near Corso Vannucci...
