Everything is really good here, had a lovely stay for the weekend. It has amicable and excellent employees. The breakfast is freshly prepared and wonderful with locally sourced sausages, toast and gorgeous bread, has everything you need.

Loved my comfortable stay for the weekend. The staff was extremely friendly, rooms were spotless. Particularly good location by the sea, all was very good. Moreover, it was close to the town centre and beach.

Free parking nearby was provided. It is near the airport. Location, a short walk to all attractions. Lovely base for vacation in Newquay.

I loved having a room with a balcony to open and go out and look over the water. I wouldn't be keen to stay in any other room there.
It was just a bit average the service. The cooked breakfast was cooked early and left to be heated up and wasn't as fresh as I would have liked

Thank you for the really really nice stay for the weekend. The stuff are amiable and excellent, they keep the place fairly clean. The units are nicely decorated and brand-new with water views.

I had such a warm welcome at this lovely, cosy guest house right on the seafront. The views of the beach and coast were breathtaking, especially from the rooms at the front. The clean and bright decorations in the rooms to the rear were a nice touch. Despite a few things going wrong, the daughter who was standing in for the owners handled everything with excellent spirits and made me feel good about the place. The attention to detail in what was provided was also impressive.

King room was functional and stylish had down pillows. Stunning and good location, it was near a bus station. Easily reached Reef's Nqy, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there
