During my recent stay at a hotel in the area, I was impressed by the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms. The beds were of high quality and provided a great night's sleep. Additionally, the location was ideal, with plenty of nearby cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. The hotel's proximity to the Bukit Jalil National Aquatic Centre was also a major plus, as it made attending events there incredibly convenient. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was also noteworthy, and the staff members I encountered were always friendly, polite, and willing to assist with any inquiries or requests. I had a pleasant experience at the hotel and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The hotel's family room was spacious and very well designed. The room service menu was varied and had something for every taste. The order once placed was delivered promptly and was piping hot. The reception staff was efficient and friendly. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was very good. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Location and comfort.

Air-conditioner is uncontrollable. Even set at "low" it is still too cold and uncomfortable to be in the room for more than half an hour.

The location is near to Sunway Lagoon as well as to KL. Generally the staff is friendly and pleasant and the room size (be it superior twin, family standard and family superior which I have booked) are reasonable. There are quite a number of eateries and restuarants which are appropriate for the Chinese communities. Overall, we are happy with the hotel services and its location. We will book Hotel Sri Petaling should be we visit Sunway Lagoon or the nearby places again in the future.

Think the house keeping aspect can be improved. The toilet papers, hand and body shampoo are not refilled when the cleaners came to clean up the rooms. There is also limited supply of towels and no hand/face towels are provided as the reception told us that only towels for bathing are provided.

My Xmas at this hotel was enjoyable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, and I liked the fact that there was a koi fish tank in the lobby. The hotel was conveniently located near a mosque and a shopping mall.

There were some things I did not enjoy about my stay. The air conditioning in the room was too hot and needed upgrading.

Is convenient and my meeting place is there.

Yup there's no WI_Fi in your Hotel have to be upgraded. This is the main things have to be review by your hotel a.s.a.p and immediate attention.

This hotel is comfortable, staff are very nice.

The breakfast offered a fresh and tasty variety and the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and polite. The location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions and for those who like shopping. It was great that basement parking was provided, although during peak seasons, it could get full.

The housekeeping on some floors could be better, and there were a few issues with maintenance items such as air conditioning and bathroom fixtures. Some of the hotel amenities were not up to par, from the quality of the towels to the limited TV channels.

The family room for 3 is spacious, good mattress, good parking facilities, a lot of restaurants nearby with variety of food choices. Security-wise is good due to room-card applicable at the floor entrance. Breakfast available since 6.00am in the morning, compared to 6.30am written.

Room and staffs are much better than was expected. Checking in was smooth and parking lot for hotel guest are excellent. Overall very pleased with the stay and will come again.

When I booked a room thru Booked.net it stated RM160 with breakfast but when I checked out I was told that it cost RM180++ with breakfast. Please state RM180++ with breakfast instead of RM160 as this can be somewhat misleading for people.

The location of this hotel is convenient - close to many shops and restaurants, train stations, and easy access to waiting taxis. The staff is friendly and helpful in recommending nearby activities. The breakfast is good and the Wi-Fi connectivity is strong.

The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms is questionable. There have been reports of delayed check-ins and hot water issues in some rooms.

Good location ,near klia 2 Bedroom Family Executive was quite spacious ,but needs some lite up as the room quite dark.The toilets and the bathrooms needs some proper ventalitaion. Food was minimal supply Free internet in room. Good value for money and surely we will return back
