Comfortable and quaint place all in all, has incredibly nice staff at the reception desk. Its location is magnificent & amazing, near catedral and all interesting objects as well as all the main attractions. There is Freiduria la Isla serving quick meals 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Everything was fabulous, including pleasant and welcoming stuff at the reception desk. Got silent and reasonably spacious room with a large bathroom with a bath when arrived, loved that.

Thoroughly enjoyed the king room I was given, it had an air conditioning and a sofa bed. The location of the hotel was unbeatable - relatively near Barrio Santa Cruz. The area was stunning near Sevilla, best tapas bar ever Casa Morales and the cathedral and alcazar.

Its location close to a cathedral and a museum was magnificent. I enjoyed the room and its nice decor. The patient and helpful staff was much appreciated.

The location was magnificent, just next door to bars and restaurants, all important monuments, and the shopping centre and close to a cathedral and a museum. Seafood restaurant Freiduria la Isla was located 5 minutes walk away. My guest room was air-conditioned with comfortable bed.

The location was stunning, minutes away from Parking. And it was also not far from all the attractions, fountain and traditional tiling, and taxis.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not welcoming at all.

We loved the central location of this charming hotel, nestled in a quiet side street just opposite the magnificent cathedral. As guests with disabilities, we appreciated the staff's friendly and helpful attitude, making our stay comfortable. The hotel's close proximity to the city center meant we had plenty of dining options nearby. The breakfast offered great value for money, with a wide variety of choices including toast, pastries, ham, cheese. It was a pleasant surprise to see that we could help ourselves to as much as we wanted. Another bonus was being able to leave our bags after checking out and have them stored safely until later in the day.
We felt extremely satisfied with our stay, and we had no complaints at all.
