the price. The hotel was very cheap and we had everything what we needed. It was quite clean, the breakfast was okay.

Good public transport to city-centre (Nr. 1 Bus, station). Launderettes, Supermarket, Pizzaria nearby. Room ok but very basic e.g. shower had no place to put soap. Breakfast no fresh fruit, toast but no toaster, cereal but no milk, ok for continental i.e. coffee (machine) and a sweet croissant.

NOT a good area! Loud islamic music to late in the night, people drinking on the streets, doesn't feel safe, parking extremely difficult. Not advisable for the faint of heart! A pity, proprieter very nice and helpful. Was the cheapest option for Genoa though so ok...perhaps I should not have been surprised!

Perfect location if you've got used to live in a ghetto. Going outside after dark is at your own risk. Fish market on the street starts at 6am, which is fun in a room with no double glazing.

This hotel should not be on Booked.net.It is the shadiest part of town.You do not want to be booking in this place unless you want to stay locked in the room.

Not much, elevator worked

Hotel did not return 2 emails; wake up call an hour early for flight back to us; no glasses in room; Noisy and unsavory neighborhood, as well as some other guest. WiFi incredibly limited and slow. Should have slept at airport for early flight rather than waste 65Eu here

Taxi from cruise terminal cost E35 for a 5km trip@

- nothing. the room was small for 4 persons, and there was nobody at the reception when we get there, so we call them to open.....

The hotel was cheap and close to the airport. The employees had poor English, but they were helpful and made a best effort.

The room had A/C, but it never got below 28 degrees Celcius or 82 degrees Fahrenheit, also the window would not fully close or lock. The hotel had free wifi, but it wouldn't reach my room. We had to walk down the hall to access it. Lastly, the hotel was in a seedy area and there was very little noise reduction between rooms.
