Great and lovely food. Marvellous location to an entertainment resort.

I recently stayed at Santa Monica Playa in Salou for a short stay. The hotel is conveniently located near Port Aventura and only a 5-minute walk from the beach, restaurants, shops, and the Plana bus stop. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice terrace and a big bathroom. The staff was friendly, especially the restaurant and reception staff. The breakfast and dinner were delicious with a variety of options. The hotel also offered a great view of the city from the top floor. it was a good value for the money.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The location was great for us, within walking distance of the beach, shopping and clubs. The staff were very attentive and the reception was open 24 hrs. There was great varity of food on offer for breakfast including champagne plenty of cereals ,breads ,tea, coffee, juices , crepes etc. The room was spotless , cleaned every day and towels changed daily. The hotel has 2 lifts , and a secuirty safe can be hired from reception for a small fee. Bus stop is nearby and the taxi service is excellent

The Santa Monica is located on a steep incline so elderly guests take note. It is also near a night club but this did not affect us.

Some of the rooms are a terrible standard - smelly, no real terrace, no proper shower. Food was also very bad. Very noisy too.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Plentiful and tasty food. Good entertainment. Normal bar prices. Clean room with separate beds. Ample breakfast buffet with fresh omelets. Great location near the beach and shops. Hotel opened breakfast early for event.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Our hotel rooms walls was like paper so thin we could hear the next room switching a light on ,plus many other things.it spoiled a good nights sleep.

I like the location and the budget price of this Hotel.The Dinner and Breakfast was awesome..Very good quality and delicious food.Facilities like swimming pool side leisure and store room facility for luggage is really good.

Our stay at Santa Monica Playa was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning kept the room cool and quiet. We loved the short walk to the beach and the central location.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. The price of over 300 euros without breakfast included seemed a bit high.

pros: reasonable location, good value for money, good choice of dishes at dinner

cons: very basic room equipment, rather loud (evening shows every two days), cleanliness around pool far from perfect, poor breakfast choice (typical English breakfast)

I had a brilliant stay. Food was tasty and I stayed in the twin room, it was functional. The personnel was very friendly. It had perfect and comfortable location really close to Bosc Aventura Salou.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, close to the seafront. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a big bathroom and even a sofa to relax on. I loved having a balcony to enjoy the view. The breakfast, which was included, had a great variety of choices and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. It was definitely a good value for money.

Nothing to complain about, everything was just fine.

Our holiday was an enjoyable experience. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of chairs and loungers available. The location was ideal, with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. it was only a short walk to the beautiful beach. The food was hot and tasty, with a good selection offered at breakfast. Another positive aspect was the friendly and helpful staff, who were always willing to assist us with any questions or requests.

The rooms were quite dated, and we had to pay extra for the safe and TV remote. we found that the entertainment offered was lacking and there wasn't much to do during the day.

Tidy and fine room, as well as lovely staff. Gorgeous food for dinner and breakfast.
