Location: the hotel was not far from the local attractions, major tourist destinations and the trolley stop on Canal street.

Functional, romantic room with a private bathroom and a hairdryer, a spa bathtub, and bath sheets. Extremely helpful and really helpful staff, very very good stay.

The room was nicely decorated and brand-new, had essentials, like a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. As for me, wake-up service available, and great views were advantages. It was in an unbeatable and excellent location with an Esplanade avenue nearby.

Charming old and good small hotel, everything was very good. I loved the room with a balcony, the bed was great. The location was stunning, within easy walking distance of a historic park.

The total stay was really good with a tremendous value. I loved stocked room with a balcony as well as toiletries, and very attentive and thoughtful staff. This hotel was located in a very central area really close to Bourbon and french market and a charming old New Orleans and the French Quarter.

The staff were not outstanding, didn't expect that coming.

This is a nice and amazing place, with very central location and gorgeous rooms. There is a wide array of great food for breakfast. The staff is awesome and fantastic. 20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located near major tourist destinations.

Did not like the staff talking and banging around at 7am. I was not told that there was no elevator and I was traveling with a person that has knee back injuries. The rooms had no place to put you clothes, like a dresser. Also it was embarrassing to get ready to check out and find that there had been a mix up on my Debit Card. Why had my card not been run by then and the hotel notified me. I had to go to an atm and draw out cash to pay my room charges the staff offered no other option and treated me as if I were a third class citizen. I used the same card that the hotel said had been declined. Just very frustrating, since I was with a girl that I was planning to ask to marry me. It was such a screw up I decided to wait on the proposal until I was not so frustrated and embarrassed! Thanks for nothing that cost me over $2,000 for four days!!!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful time here, the place was luxurious and really nice, we were happy to find a bathtub in our room, and the French Quarter is definitely worth visiting.
