The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming to my partner and me. We loved the delicious breakfast options and the fact that the room was quite comfortable. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to nearby attractions and a bustling neighborhood to explore.

The surrounding area could be quite noisy and a little intimidating at night. The elevator system was also quite slow, which made getting out and about a bit of a challenge.

There were construction works one or two floors above, so there was a lot of noise pretty much everyday I stayed there (during the day). The elevators didn´t work very well either, a couple of times I had to use the stairs.

During the evening there were guests that lingered in the hallway, talking very loudly. Then they slammed the door of the room when they entered. I suggest that the hotel does something to soften the closing of doors resulting in less noise for other guests.

The hotel is conveniently located near the central area, making it easy to access different parts of the city. The rooms were clean, and some had a nice view. Breakfast was good with a decent selection. Some rooms had been recently refurbished, and the staff was friendly.

Some guests noted that the internet could be slow or unreliable at times.

The elevator system was slow and unreliable, which was frustrating when in a rush. while the hotel had its advantages, the poor location and slower amenities detracted from the experience.

The restaurant didn´t serve meals before 15h. It´s kind of an old hotel, although the rooms are well preserved. The location is dangerous, according to the cab driver that took me there.
