The room was very large, comfy bed. The provided service was terrific.

Enchanting hotel in a good area, the staff were welcoming. Breakfast with brown toast and jam, for example.

Cheerful property with welcoming employees in a non acceptable manner to other guests and staff. Great and fab location right near the centre of town, traditional style building.

The facilities in the double room were modern, beds were exceptionally comfortable. Provided breakfast was gorgeous and plentiful with cereal and four desserts, as for instance, exceeded our expectations.

Awful views and Wi-Fi was very poor.

I enjoyed neat room and views were pleasant. The location was great and efficient, to sea front or 2 minute drive, convenient to go everywhere.

Good location next to the beach, shops and restaurants in town, the seafront and lots of shops and restaurants, and shops, town and beach, could not be better. 15 minutes walk from an award-winning oceanarium.

Pleasant and comfy hotel, our stay was very relaxing.

The room was spotless, with modern decor and a TV and ample tea for our comfort. Had great location down the hill. Tried some takeout specials at Bistro Pizza, luckily it was at a short distance from the venue.

We had an English breakfast with a huge variety of options. Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a victorian pier. Plus the hotel was walking distance to a cinema and bars.

Would recomand as we enjoyed it. The location is unbeatable and marvellous, to Zorba's Greek restaurant where we had a family function. There's Harry Ramsden's offering takeout not too far from the venue.

Elegant and huge rooms with baths, coffee provisions, for instance. Really tasty and very very good breakfast with a great selection of food options. Fantastic location of the hotel to the seafront or town.

I had a spacious and updated room with a good size bathroom. Location: the hotel was not far from Bournemouth square and center and beach. Pizzeria Bistro Pizza was located 5 minutes walk away.

The room was air-conditioned with baths, and the breakfast was hearty and plentiful. The hotel was placed in the central location in the center of town.

The views were not very nice.

The location was marvellous - walking distance to a cinema and bars. The room I booked was fairly quiet and bright and provided with even the bed linen and large en suite bathroom plus 32 "flat screen TVs.
