This hotel ticks all the boxes for a perfect getaway. the location is ideal - close to the main center, on a small hill with stunning views of the sea. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that every guest feels well taken care of. Secondly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities one would need for a relaxing stay. Finally, the breakfast included in the package is a delightful start to the day, offering a variety of options to suit every palate.

The only small improvement I would suggest is extending the hours of the outdoor swimming pool.

Excellent location, with beautiful views of Rovigno. Very good facilities for different activities (indoor & outdoor swimming pools, table-tennis, gym, bicylce hires nearby, outdoor chess set, beaches nearby, extensive beach promenade for jogging, rock-climbing on coastal cliffs, etc.). Very good breakfast buffet. Convenient parking facilities for car.

The position of the hotel is excellent.

Our (seeside) room was extremly small and noisy. Maybe the rooms in the other wing (toward the beach and forest) of the hotel are not so noisy, however, the sizes of the rooms are the same.

The hotel had amazing facilities, including a great pool with a stunning view of the sea and harbor. The location was perfect, close to the main center and nestled on a small hill. We enjoyed walking into the wonderful village in the late afternoon and having a delicious seafood dinner at the Konobo Trattoria cafe along the waterside. The buffet breakfast at the hotel was incredible, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

This hotel is all about location for a fair price. We were on B&B and the breakfast was good, and particularly enjoyable if you could get a table on the terrace. We used the restaurants in Rovinja for lunch & evening meals; they are plentiful but all very similar menus.

Access to the promenade was down 33 steps or a steep slope this would prove difficult for older guests particularly if they had difficulty with mobility. In general this hotel would benefit from some modernisation.

Location, location location. Overlooking the harbour and very close to the gorgeous town of Rovinj. Excellent walks in the opposite direction to the town. With the exception of the pool area, the communial areas are good.

Rooms are small, the pool area is scruffy and the limited choice at breakfast with the coffee machines issuing hot milk rather than coffee.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was fantastic. I could easily explore the beautiful National Park and enjoy the stunning views from the hotel. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, with a nice view to top it off.

Although there was one small aspect that could be improved, overall everything was okay and I had a pleasant stay.

The hotel offered good value for money, excellent view of the harbour area (provided we rented one of those rooms) and good proximity to the city. I would say the hotel was mostly visited by families and pensioners.

This was not a elegant hotel and it had aged quite considerably. Color peeling of the wall etcetera. Probably a very good hotel when constructed about 15 years ago but have not been refurbished since. Staff was not unpolite but certainly not very serviceminded either. Hotel breakfast was very average. Room interior was old and the rooms small.

Excellent location. 5Mins walk along the seafront from Rovinj harbour, 10mins from bus station. Coastal walks to quiet wooded areas and beaches just a few minutes from hotel. Good facilities including fitness centre and swimming pool, quiet well-appointed rooms, worth paying a little extra for a superb harbour view.

Breakfast was good value though food quality mediocre

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is just a few minutes' walk into the start of the Old Town, making it convenient to explore and discover the local attractions. Additionally, there is a public swimming area near the hotel, allowing guests to easily access the crystal-clear waters for a refreshing swim.

Our stay at this hotel was great and we couldn't find any major faults.

Great locationI always ask for a room with a view (it is such a fantastic view overlooking the church and the island) and the staff at the bar are just so friendly.

Only two things I did not like at all at breakfast:- Coffee (it tasted like instant) and croissants; they did not look and taste like the real thing.

The hotel's location is absolutely stunning, with houses cluttered on a small hill, providing a picturesque view from your bed in the morning. The Konobo Trattoria cafe along the waterside offers a delightful dining experience, and the hotel is so near to the center, making it convenient for exploring the area. The common areas are well-maintained and clean.

The room temperature control could be better, with the air conditioning sometimes making the room too hot in the evening and a bit chilly in the morning.

Great location and very good well managed staff. Good balance of resort with pool and close....5 minute walk to old town. Get seaside room with balcony.
