This is hotel without owner, possibly it was build for goverment money for the visitors of stadium. Everything very bad: from quality of construction till breakfast.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem. the value for money is outstanding. You won't find another place offering such reasonable prices with the amount of attention to detail they provide. Secondly, the location couldn't be better, especially if you're a football fan. It's really close to the stadium, making it the perfect choice for match days. Lastly, the service from the staff is exceptional. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Plus, the rooms come with a bathtub, which is an added luxury. And let's not forget the breakfast! It's served with plenty of hot water and a variety of options to choose from.

Everything was absolutely spot on.

Nice, quiet situation in the park, large parking area. Transfer hotel-metro-hotel was excellent! Spacious room and bathroom, hot water. Hotel seemed to be far from the city center, but by metro it took less than 30 min. from hotel to e.g. the Sadovaya metro station.

Room could bee better cleaned: last summers´s insects were still on window-sills. Room was a little chilly in the end of September. The restaurant on 3rd floor was closed in the evenings.

It's located just 200 m from Velodrom and it's perfect to stay during the competition

We loved the quiet location of this hotel near a beautiful park. It was perfect for a good night's sleep and a relaxing stay. We were pleased to see that the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle bus that took us to and from the metro station every 30 minutes.
