Alfred
I was delighted by the charming design of the hotel and the warm welcome I received from the staff. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the location was absolutely superb, with breathtaking views just steps away. The hotel's proximity to the old town made it easy to explore, and the convenience of nearby parking was a bonus. The rates were reasonable, considering the pleasant ambiance and level of comfort. And to top it off, I stumbled upon a cozy and friendly pub just a short distance downhill from the hotel. Next time, I plan to extend my stay a little longer. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel in Arcos!

We stayed there last week 24-26 May 2011 - four ladies who hired a car and drove down from Seville. This was so easy to find - the Hotel was very easy to locate at the top of the village facing down into the valley. A beautiful hotel with a fantastic inner courtyard where you could sit and have breakfast. Up on the next level you could sit outside in the air surrounded by beautiful geraniums and then there was the roof garden where you could sunbathe or just admire the view roght around the valley. The staff were incredibly friendly - i had my laundry done which cost little or nothing and the place was spotless. Make sure you visit all the white towns - do the complete journey accross the mountain as its stunning - you should get them all done in one day and then go back and up to one of the restaurants up near the castle - great place great people. Simple but comfortable hotel. Good for a one night stay on route to somewhere. Free internet.
Poorly signposted. Very frustrating time trying to find it. B/fast not included din the room price. No international tv channels (bbc, cnn etc). Have to pay for parking.

Location: the hotel was very close to the historic centre, the churches and many restaurants and bars within the old town. It also was close to center of new town.

Possibly the best and fab stay of two nights here. Sensational breakfast with view over the escarpment, healthy food, and lovely staff. Exceptionally nice rooms provided with a modern shower, four beds and lovely views to the valley below: D
Very limited views.

The hotel had a great location that made it easy for me to get around during my work trip. The complementary breakfast and parking were much appreciated and added convenience to my stay. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, offering helpful advice and recommendations for local restaurants and activities.
The room was a bit noisy with street traffic and could have been more soundproof. while the hotel was in a convenient location, it was difficult to find at first due to poor signage.

The rooms at this hotel were a pleasant surprise, with high ceilings and lovely views to the valley below. The location of the hotel is superb, with easy access to restaurants and the historic center. The breakfast at this hotel was a real highlight, not only for the delicious food, but also for the stunning view over the escarpment.
All was well and there's nothing that needs improvement.

I didn't feel like leaving.
The location was amazing, relatively near Church of San Pedro. The room was delightful and reasonably large with a mini-bar, central heating, and a work desk.
