Superb staff and service. 10 min walk to town. Spacy room and facilities. Price not bad in Kitzbühel. Got a tip for eating at Zinnkrug at the end and down the stairs by the shopping street.Was worthwhile going. Really enjoyed the stay.

We had a great stay at this place! The apartment was cozy, spacious, and perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and more. The beds and pillows were comfy, ensuring a restful sleep. The wellness area had a sauna, steam cabin, showers, and even a gym. We also enjoyed the solarium, which was a nice touch. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I really liked the location of the hotel, it seemed like we were up in the fields and mountains, but actually we were just 10 minutes away from the centre (by foot). Our room was very spacious and clean, the staff (i think its a family) was very nice and we hardly ever saw anybody, however you could always reach them by phone. And one of the best things about the hotel is the design and style. Its so cozy and finished to the smallest detail!

We booked an appartment, but since during our stay the hotel was nearly empty, we got to use an extended appartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, a living room, a large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, which we used to prepare our breakfast. This is thanks to Jan, the manager. The hotel resides at the outskirts of a small city, but driving to the center takes only 4 ninutes. The hotel has a small pool which can be used by those who like to swim while the temp is 16 c outside. The city offers in the summer free open air concerts, which we enjoyed.

The hotel is located just a short walk from town, offering a peaceful environment with stunning views. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with some offering amazing views of the surrounding area. The highlight of my stay was definitely the food, which was absolutely delicious. The menu may have been limited, but both main course options were always top-notch and full of interesting flavors. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or provide recommendations for activities in the area.

Although my overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of aspects that could have been better. the hotel seemed to cater more towards families than groups of friends, so if you're traveling with friends, you might not find as many social activities or a vibrant atmosphere.

The services attitude of the staff was very good. The room and the breakfast was superior.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is seven minutes walk from the centre, and therefore very quiet. Really loved this place, and will certainly return.

Beautiful views & excellent food

The hotel had a great view of the town and the food was delicious. We really enjoyed the two main course options that were always interesting and tasty. The location was also good, with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions.

The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly towards non-German speakers, which made us feel unwelcome. our room was not clean and we had to ask several times for basic amenities like toilet paper and clean glasses.

The hotel is very nice, the restaurant ( dinner ) is really good - lamm is excelent. The bar - fantastic.

Ground level sligtly claustrophiobic - not really for people over 180 cm ( very old bulidind ).

The Atmosphere of the hotel was nice.

No person onsite when checking out at 6am and be careful as there wasnt any hot water. It is very eerie in the summer as it is quieter I think if the Bar and resturant had been open it might have been different.
