We had a great value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious, new, and had a big bathroom. The location was peaceful and beautiful, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay.

Food for breakfast could have been better.

Well located outside centre but well communicated. Sport facilities are a plus, and the park besides the hotel is good for running, going for a walk. Price is fair and restaurant is not bad

No fruit in breakfast. Decoration needs renovation. Sport facilities are only to use at some times and with reservation, thus difficult for business travelers

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Wroclaw. The value for money was excellent, offering affordable prices without compromising on quality. The attention to detail was impressive, with clean and comfortable rooms that had ample space and a queen bed. The location in the quiet area of the city was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The staff provided exceptional service, with fluent English speakers at the reception who were extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

All was great, no improvements needed.

I had read bad reviews about this Hotel before I left but I must say they seem a bit harsh. The Hotel is very comfortable although the bed was quite hard. The rooms are basic but clean. Bathroom looked new. I would stay here again.

The only complaint I would have was that the pool wasn't open. Apparently it does say in the small print somewhere but we had been looking forward to being able to swim during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel near a quiet area by the river. The best aspects were the cleanliness, quality breakfast, and friendly staff. Not far from the bus stop, this hotel is in a less accessible area but has good transportation options available.

The worst aspect was that it was not obvious to find.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Wroclaw and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. the hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for the rooms. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with renovated rooms that looked like they belonged in a higher star-rated hotel. I particularly appreciated the ample space in the room, especially the queen bed which ensured a comfortable stay. Lastly, the hotel's location in a quiet area on the outskirts of the city was perfect for me. It offered a peaceful atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but still easily accessible.

While there was one minor issue with the WiFi occasionally losing signal, overall, my stay was fantastic.

Nothing, it was perfect.

We had the best time with my friends at Hotel Gem! The sports facilities are insane - we played tennis on the floodlit clay courts, swam in the awesome indoor pool, and even had a friendly match on the certified football field. And if that wasn't enough, there's also a fitness room and a multi-purpose sports hall! We felt like professional athletes!

Gotta admit, the only thing we wished for was a better party scene. Don't get me wrong, we had a great time with all the sports and activities, but as young party-goers, we were hoping for a bit more nightlife or a cool bar to unwind after all the excitement.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the fact that the hotel offers a beautiful swimming pool and a welcoming staff. , the food in the restaurant was tasty and well-cooked. the hotel is located in a strategic and pretty area, perfect for long walks and sightseeing.

The room was too warm, and there was no fresh air. the restaurant's slippery beef and lack of air conditioning was a turnoff.
