I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful decoration of the hotel. The general areas were elegant and well-maintained, making it a pleasure to relax and socialize. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with ramps and handrails throughout the premises, making it easy for us to navigate.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there.

I went for a relaxing holiday and I had it..staff were brilliant..very helpful & friendly,hotel was a short stroll from beach,and a 15 minutes walk to centre,the swiming pool was a nice size aswell,i would stay there again without a doubt

The hotel was situated near to the center of Sunny Beach, very good breakfast- very variated, excelent comfort in the rooms ( the furniture was new and the beds were extremelly comfortable-the most comfortable I've ever seen. The pool was clean and the space near the pool great. The staff was proffessional and very helpful.

The 8 km stretch of sandy beach was ideal for our children to play and build sandcastles. The hotel itself was well-suited for families, offering a good standard of accommodation with spacious and clean rooms. The staff were kind, polite, and always ready to help. We enjoyed the all-inclusive light offer, which ensured a peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere. Flamingo Hotel provided excellent value for money and a memorable stay for our family.

For dads, it would be great to have more outdoor activities for children.

We was happy, so we extended the stay another week, also in this hotel. Hospitable, clean, spacious and equipped rooms, enough tasty food, free parking, pool, wi-fi.

The size of the rooms at Flamingo Hotel was great, providing plenty of space for my family. The location was also convenient, with a short 5-minute walk to the beach. The swimming pool was enjoyable for both adults and children, providing a fun and relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel had a great pool area where we enjoyed spending most of our days during our New Year vacation. The restaurant offered tasty food, with plenty of variety to choose from for breakfast and dinner. the hotel's location allowed us to easily walk around and explore the nearby attractions.

The play area for children was limited, and there was not much else to do inside the hotel in case of bad weather. the access to the beach was not the most convenient, as we had to walk a bit to find a suitable entry point.

Excellent position, good services, large rooms, I was very pleased with the conditions from the pool and terrace where you can also have breakfast.

The sheets are not very appealing, but apparently clean... The drain from the shower very bad.

Location is good

no double bed, just twin beds ,not even something wrapped for two persons . if you go to couples must sleep separately and individually wrapped. breakfast is good but lunch is terrible. Dinner is ok

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The location is perfect, just a short 7-minute walk to the beautiful beach. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely balcony. I also appreciated the variety of amenities provided, such as the air conditioning and the ironing facilities. The pool was a great place to relax, with a poolside snack bar where I could enjoy refreshing drinks. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi in public areas, which was very convenient.

This place is highly recommended to everyone.

The room looks nice, the pool is ok.

During my staying the AC didn't work. So I slept 1 night at 30 degrees in the room waiting to fix the problem. The next day i moved in the other hotel.

I liked the room and the fact that the hotel had a parking place.

It was too noisy on the front side where our room was. Actually it was a room with a pool and bar view; another thing was the receptionist Nick who barely understood English. At breakfast, the waiter who attended us was commonly dressed, we barely understood he was the boy who had to clean the tables, the air-conditioning in the room stopped several times during the night, it was too hot in the fitness room, the hotel is too far from the beach. One more remark, the restaurant was closed on Saturday evening due to a wedding. It's not good to have wedding celebrations when tourists must have their dinner.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location near beach and supermarkets.
