Everything was fantastic.

We liked the location of the hotel. It is conveniently located in the old city of Istanbul and saved us much time in travelling. The main tourist attractions such as Blue Mosque, Aya Sofya, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern and Grand Bazaar are all within walking distance. It took us only 2 minutes to the nearest tram stop so we could get to other areas easily. We also enjoyed the wonderful view (especially in the evening) at the rooftop terrace of the hotel. Our room is not large but it does not matter much as it still fits our requirements -- safe, quiet and clean with a comfortable bed and main facilities.

The bathroom is small but the hot, good shower compensates for its size. There is no lift.

This is the worst place I have been in my life and believe me I travell a lot! First the rooms are so dirty they only change the bedings after every guest. I think the bathroom was cleand 1 year ago!! The whole night it was noise evey night I was there 4 nights and tought I became crazy! I could write and write , but I think its enough!

Friendly staff.

Not clean, old bedsheets and towels, wallpaper peeling of the wall, nasty smoke smell coming from other rooms, fungus in bathroom, dirty blankets, poor breakfast etcetera. Instead of spending money on tv's and refrigorators, they should have spent it on the basics like sheets, towels and such. And on some detergent to clean the bathroom and floors.

During my Christmas holiday at this hotel, I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the comfortable bed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to the main tourist attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Sadly, not everything at this hotel was up to par. The room was extremely small and cluttered with too much furniture. The cleanliness was lacking, with poor housekeeping and dirty facilities. The noise level was also quite high, making it difficult to sleep at times.

-small bathroom and shower stall - the shower curtain sticks to your legs as you try to shower in closet sized space. -the night we stayed the other guests were very noisy.

We loved the hotel's location near the Sultanahmet area. It was easy to walk to many major tourist attractions. The roof terrace had an excellent view of the Blue Mosque which was breathtaking. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable. We noticed that everywhere in the hotel public areas were clean and tidy.
