All in all everything was excellent, had a such great stay for a business trip. Got fairly quiet and luxurious deluxe room with large comfortable bed when arrived, thoroughly enjoyed that. The most important was the staff...

Alexander
Recently refurbished accommodation with professional staff who do n't appreciate the hallmarks of good service. Quiet and historic location close to harbour, and only about 5 minutes' walk to Poole centre. Very close to Purbeck Pottery Gift Shop and other tourist attractions....

Frederick
Delicious breakfasts with a chia pudding with almond milk and several french themed options, for example provided by the competent staff. Convenient and historic location, around 4-6 minutes' walk from Poole Waterfront Museum. ...

William
Neat property with exceptional staff with the service we got from the hotel staff. Marvellous and brilliant location to a Michelin start restaurant, and 10 minute walk from Poole Harbour. Also - just next door to Poole Quay.

John
The room was well-designed and reasonably large here in the fabulous open plan bathroom. Had plenty of options for breakfast, it was enjoyable and exceptional. The location was marvellous and brilliant, a couple of blocks away from Purbeck Pottery Gift Shop. The service was marvellous with a comfortable atmosphere.

George
The suite was brand-new, had a terrace, climate control, and a mini-bar.
The room had not so good views.

Maria
The place was fairly clean and incredible, had really good staff particularly from the Restaurant Manager-and the cheery Night Porter who delivered an excellent room service breakfast. The breakfast we ordered was exceptional with several french themed options, fruit and a chia pudding. The location was great and beautiful in the stunning area. We really enjoyed being there.

Eric
We were moved to a classic king room and had a lounge area and soundproof windows.

John
I enjoyed staying in this high-classfamily-friendly hotel. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, terrace, air conditioner, and a minibar. The staff were so very helpful all the time. The service was efficient, just like I expected. What's more, free Wi-Fi was very effective. The stay was very good...
The location was not great.

Caroline
The hotel was comfortable, had lovely views and stunning location right by garden. The classic king room was cheap, very well taken care of. The bathroom was best, with a bath. We truly enjoyed it and can recommend the place.

Aubrey
Fabulous hotel, it offers outstanding services and amazing location close enough to Poole, restaurant, and the quay and local amenities.
-
Dennis
Wonderful breakfast, wonderful hotel.
Whole place was immaculately clean with lovely views; marvellous location near the sea front. Lovely design of interiors in classic double room.
-
Jim
This hotel offers ideal and quiet location adjacent to a pathway that created a short cut, taking about 50 % of the journey away, which would have been helpful to have been made aware of, the harbour front, and a restaurant. The king suite is nicely decorated with nice touches, the posh shower gel, as for instance.
-
Sarah
The staff were very good, marvellous and brilliant location close to main area of town.
-
Lindsay
The breakfast I had was delicious with avocado and honey and amazing coffee.
