Built in 1580 by Marquis de Graveson, the residence hosted within its luxurious dwelling the De Graveson and De Forbin families until the French Revolution when Madame Pierron founded her hotel in 1799 and named it, as her friend Napoléon Bonaparte's insisted on, as Hôtel d’Europe. Additionally, a selective menu of whisky and champagne, home-smoked salmon and foie gras are served at pleasant bar in the atmosphere of lovely music on evenings.
