The hotel was exceptionally comfortable, with peaceful location on the subway. The staff were really helpful and attentive; we had an early check-in. The room was great-sized and had private bathroom plus an electric kettle and a fridge.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The room I stayed in was absolutely lovely and spacious. It was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I arrived last minute and booked through a website, but they had all my details ready and waiting for me. They even helped me print out a ticket that I needed for an event I was attending. This level of service really impressed me and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Appreciated our stay at this quiet and great hotel, it was enjoyable! The location was favourable and incredible, nearby a port, if you need it. Plus the venue was near eateries and coffee house. The service was outstanding, we had an incredible breakfast.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was easy to get around as it was next to the train station and located near many tourist spots. We enjoyed exploring Chinatown and the port area, which were just a short walk away. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. It was close to major tourist spots and shopping malls. We were able to walk to all the places without any trouble. The views from the breakfast area were amazing! We also enjoyed the warm Japanese toilet seats, it was a unique experience. The staff was super helpful and efficient. Had a great time overall!
