The views at this family-friendly hotel were charming. Everything was fine, nevertheless a few employees were unprofessional. The position of the property was absolutely perfect and comfy, close to public transport to go sight seeing.

Perfect family-friendly hotel with really helpful staff at the reception desk. Comfy and ideal location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from an art museum. Close enough to MH church, metro station, many shops, restaurants and Hause der Meeres Aqua Terra Zoo as well as the pedestrian street, a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants around.

Had a comfortable stay for another vacation later. We booked bright and absolutely perfect rooms with near to MH church, a double bed, the sofa.

The location is convenient and ideal, 1 mile from an art museum. It is adjacent to MH church, metro station, many shops, restaurants and Hause der Meeres Aqua Terra Zoo and Mariahilfer Strasse which is now a walking street and the old center, we enjoyed the view of city. The breakfast is satisfactory, includes lots of meals.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed and a great view of the nearby church. Convenient location, just a short walk from the Neubaugasse metro station and the Museum Quarter. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers a convenient payment option. I would recommend this hotel.

The owner was very helpful. He showed us how to find all the sights we wanted to see using the metro. We asked for a wake up call and they were on time every morning. I felt very comfortable here as a woman traveling with teens. The breakfast was delicious and the room was very nice. Not right in the center of old town but on a street with shops and right near the metro.

The entrance to the hotel is in the 1st floor of the building, which does not create a very nice impression upon arrival.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. We requested a quiet room and were delighted to find that it was indeed silent once the window was closed. The room itself was super clean and the daily room service kept it looking immaculate. We also appreciated the spacious bathroom and the abundance of power outlets near the bed. The check-in process was easy and the receptionist even offered us complimentary coffee and hot chocolate, which were delicious. The hotel is housed in a charming old building with wide staircases that added to its historic charm. Additionally, being just a short walk from the city center and historical museums was a major plus. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay.

I had a fantastic stay right on Mariahilferstrasse, a top location in Vienna. The hotel is conveniently located next to an underground train stop, making it easy to travel straight to the center. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and it was well-equipped with amenities like a kitchen, coffee machine, fridge, and free WiFi. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing me to leave my luggage even after checking out.
