Hotel good customer service. Local fast food option Llevatelo Pizzas was 5 minutes walk away. Free WiFi was working perfectly. Nothing too much trouble, we would definitely go back when in Benidorm.

The staff was friendly, and we had the benefit of just 15 minutes' walk right to terra natura. We did not want to leave, would recommend.
