Comfortable and absolutely fantastic units with good shower, ventilation, for example, and the staff were informative. The location was great, in restaurant where breakefast is served, convenient to go everywhere.

The breakfast was enjoyable, the room was bright and tidy with a travel bed and ventilation, more than enough for the trip. Location: the hotel was close enough to the train station, trams and shopping, the city hall and a casino: )

I had a good experience here, everything was perfectly fine, the location was decent very close to the historical cathedral and the famous Rathaus, and a boardwalk with many stores and restaurants. The breakfast was wonderful and sensational with croissants, scrambled eggs, sausage and the restaurant food was fab! The staff was well-trained, competent, no complaint.

I stayed here for 3 days and would definitely go again. The place was amazing and had highly professional and thoroughly professional staff at all times, liked the stay.

Centrally located with easy access to the main attractions and the vibrant city center. The breakfast served was excellent - a wide variety of options to choose from and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The rooms were a bit outdated and in need of renovation. The lack of air conditioning made the rooms stuffy, especially on hot days.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the center of Augsburg and I must say it was a pleasant experience. the value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for a city center location. The attention to detail was also impressive, with little touches that made the stay memorable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they even provided a travel bed for our 1-year-old which was a great convenience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good shower and high ceilings adding to the overall comfort. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a good vegetarian option available and a nice selection of staple items for everyone to enjoy.
