Great bus system in the valley, giving easy access to all the recreation. Convenient location deep in the valley, away from congested areas. Chose a suite with plenty of space and a nice bath. Accommodations were perfect. Room was quiet, except for the early morning buses. Half board option was worth it, with very good food. The staff, especially the girl at reception, were awesome.
Limited English spoken in the area. Daily menu only available in German.

We spent Christmas in this hotel and had a great time. The surroundings were beautiful, with easy access to the recreation area through the nearby bus system. The suite we stayed in was spacious and had a lovely bathroom. We particularly enjoyed the half-board option, with delicious German cuisine. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
The daily menu was only available in German, which made it difficult to choose our meals. As the area is not frequented by English-speaking tourists, communication was sometimes problematic.
