The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and had easy access to public transportation. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. One of the best aspects was the free WiFi that had a strong and fast signal throughout the hotel.
The negatives outweighed the positives. The bathroom had a strange and unpleasant odor that lingered throughout the room.

The hotel is conveniently located right near the train station, making it an ideal choice for those traveling by train. It is directly across the road from the main railway station, allowing for easy access. The rooms are comfortable and offer amenities such as a mini bar, tea and coffee facilities, and complimentary bottled water and fruit. The bathroom is clean and includes a soap/shampoo dispenser and even an SOS pull cord for added safety.
The breakfast provided in the packed breakfast option was not up to par, with a stale sweet roll, warm croissant, boiled egg, milk in a plastic pouch.

The English channels on the TV, including CNN and BBC, were a plus. the hotel had a small convenience store and a reasonably priced restaurant that served a good mix of Western and Chinese breakfast options.
The hotel's location is far from the city center and requires a cab ride to popular tourist attractions like West Lake. The hotel itself appeared outdated and in need of renovations, with stained carpeting throughout.
