Friendly staff who were really welcoming. They even arranged a shuttle for us to the mall! 🚐

This place has an amazing location near a large shopping mall and offers a shuttle service to the airport, plus it's conveniently located near an outdoor basketball court and the airport.

The room was perfectly clean with a spotless bathroom, a kitchenette, a dressing area, and ample closet space, making for a great stay on a Tuesday night.

Convenient spot in a nice part of town close to the business hub and lots of restaurants. Plenty of food choices just a short walk away! 🍴

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, with everything spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the spacious and well-equipped apartment-style rooms with separate bedrooms. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to help.

I recently stayed at the Homewood Suites in Syracuse for a wedding. The staff was exceptionally friendly and even gave us complimentary water upon arrival. The room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my family of five, with a kitchenette and separate seating area. The gym was well-equipped and had everything I needed for a great workout. The complimentary breakfast buffet had a delicious selection, including peppery ham and warm oatmeal with my favorite mix-ins. I was impressed by the amenities, cleanliness, and value of the room. Highly recommended!

The room was extremely comfortable, in good physical and maintenance condition. It felt like a home away from home!

There was a loud noise coming from the HVAC room but I suspect it was a new issue. They should have a list of local eateries ie Pizza, Restaurants etc in the room

Clean, spacious rooms. Convenient kitchenette. Beautiful entrance with cathedral ceilings. Open pool on trimmed grass garden. Friendly and responsive staff.

I liked the lodge style of the hotel, which unfortunately became a dislike the following morning. The room was spacious and comfortable. I had a good night's sleep because the bed offered both soft and firm pillows. The kitchenette was great for saving our dinner from our night out.

Didn't go to breakfast because it required leaving the hotel room to have breakfast in the lodge area of the hotel. This would not have been a problem if it had not been freezing with a rain/snow mix at the time.

It was awkward with the dinning room in another building but the food was great so worth it in the long run
